Hey there,
The truth is there really is no one answer that applies to all girls/women. Each girl is different and will respond differently to the exact same action from you. It's more likely that a girl is interested in hooking up if she's extremely flirty and physical with you, but that's not neccesarily the case. Some girls honestly don't realize how flirtatious they are and may be offended by the suggestion. But, honesty is my policy.
